Shipping policy

Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery due to Covid-19.

We GUARANTEE our products. If products doesn't help grow, stop some frizz, soften, shine your hair, we'll be gladly to refund. In order for refund to take place, you MUST submitt a before and after photo of hair using our products with current dates.

If products is destroyed you must email, and take photo for a replacement.

If your shipment was delivered but you didn't receive item: wait for 7 days, or/and you must fill out police report, then go to USPS to do an investigation.

Keep away from children.

We currently ship international.
